I bought it by measure, 1,72 in height. Hip 103. It worked! If it were taller the horse would not work, because the waist is not high. The fabric looks like a mixture of Oxford with Tactel, has no elastane, is thin but firm. I tried it with leggings and put it low too, to see if it was going to be worn in the cold and it didn't show. The cost X benefit is worth it. I bought 17/07 28/07 arrived. I recommend
